Senior Analyst, Crewing

About the role

Act as the Crewing Officer and focal point based in Dammam, Saudi Arabia, responsible for international crew across the POSH Saudi fleet. Execute end‑to‑end crewing operations and activities to support the fleet’s crewing requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Liaise with Crew Managers and Crew Head to ensure crew line‑up matches vessel schedules.
• Prepare and submit Aramco documents (PAL / FAL) and verify crew certificates, visas, work passes and IDs.
• Manage the full crew mobilization cycle, including sign‑on, sign‑off, payroll coordination and repatriation flights.
• Maintain accurate crew profiles and documentation in the COMPAS system and update records in SAP, ESKER and PO systems.
• Conduct pre‑joining briefings for Indian and international crew and lead crew briefing and debriefing sessions.

Required profile

• Proven experience in marine crew management and offshore vessel operations.
• Strong communication, interpersonal and organizational abilities.
• Knowledge of international crewing regulations such as Flag State requirements, STCW, ILO and MLC 2006.
• Positive, proactive attitude with ability to work under pressure and manage multiple crew movements.
• Team‑oriented mindset and comfort working in a multicultural environment.

Required skills

• Proficiency with the COMPAS crew management system.
• Experience using SAP for crewing‑related transactions.
• Familiarity with the ESKER and Purchase Order (PO) systems.
