About the role
Ektis is a fast‑growing boutique management consultancy in the Middle East banking sector. The Talent Management Lead will own the end‑to‑end performance cycle, drive a culture of honest feedback, and raise the standard of talent decisions as the firm scales.
Key responsibilities
- Own and manage the full annual performance cycle, including goal setting, check‑ins, calibrations and development planning.
- Coordinate calibration discussions with senior leadership, ensuring evidence‑based, consistent talent decisions.
- Lead the firm‑wide recognition programme and employee engagement listening cycle, closing the loop on feedback.
- Develop and embed structured talent and succession review processes, identifying critical roles and high‑potential talent.
- Partner with HR on performance improvement processes, early‑intervention actions and formal employee‑relations support.
