Talent Management Senior Manager

About the role

The Talent Management Senior Manager will lead the end‑to‑end talent agenda, shaping strategy, succession planning, performance management and employee retention across the organization. This senior HR partner works closely with business leaders and HR Business Partners to ensure the talent pipeline aligns with future business needs.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement a talent management framework aligned with business objectives, identifying capability gaps and critical roles.
• Lead succession planning for key and leadership positions, creating development plans for high‑potential talent.
• Oversee the performance management cycle, linking outcomes to development, career growth and succession readiness.
• Partner with Learning & Development to design career pathways, mentoring, coaching and capability‑building initiatives.
• Design and execute retention programs, analysing engagement, turnover and mobility data to mitigate risks.
• Manage talent assessment tools, competency frameworks and 9‑box reviews to ensure fair, evidence‑based talent decisions.
• Drive HR projects related to talent governance, documenting policies and preparing executive talent health reports.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field; Master’s degree or professional certification preferred.
• 7–9 years of experience in HR, talent management, organizational development or related disciplines.
• Proven track record leading succession planning, performance management and leadership development initiatives.
• Experience partnering with senior leaders and managing cross‑functional HR projects.
