About the role

Lean Technologies is expanding its financial infrastructure platform across the Kingdom and needs a dedicated Talent Partner to own the full recruitment cycle for Commercial and Business functions. Based in Riyadh, you will work closely with hiring managers to attract top‑tier talent that will drive the company’s rapid growth.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end recruitment campaigns from role kickoff to candidate acceptance for entry‑level to senior positions.
• Identify and leverage the most effective sourcing channels in Saudi Arabia to build diverse talent pools.
• Provide data‑driven market insights on talent availability, compensation trends, and diversity challenges to inform hiring decisions.
• Track and analyze recruitment metrics to continuously improve processes and performance.
• Promote Lean’s employer brand through candidate experience, industry events, job fairs, meet‑ups, and university relationships.
• Utilise the Ashby Applicant Tracking System to manage pipelines, communications, and reporting.

Required profile

• Proven experience hiring GTM roles such as Sales, Customer Success, and Technical Account Managers.
• Established network of candidates within the commercial and technical sales space.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate market data into actionable recommendations.
• Saudi national, committed to local talent development.
