Tax Compliance Manager

About the role

The Tax Compliance Manager will oversee daily tax compliance for local legal entities, ensuring accurate tax calculations, filings, and reporting. This role supports VAT invoicing, provides tax treatment advice, and coordinates with internal and external tax teams.

Key responsibilities

• Manage routine tax calculation, declaration and reporting for local entities.
• Support VAT invoice issuance and input tax deduction, including e‑tax invoice system setup and upgrades.
• Provide tax treatment guidance for local business models and suggest optimization ideas.
• Advise on international tax issues for cross‑border transactions and support transfer pricing documentation in line with global policy.
• Coordinate with headquarters’ tax team and external agents to ensure compliance with local tax regulations.
• Maintain relationships with local tax authorities and handle tax audits and disputes.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting.
• Proficiency in English for oral and written communication with external firms and institutions.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Excellent communication skills to explain complex tax information.
• High attention to detail and thorough knowledge of tax laws and regulations.
• Experience handling tax audits.
