Team Leader – Entertainment Operations

About the role

The Team Leader will oversee daily operations at BOUNCE’s Riyadh venue, ensuring every guest enjoys a safe, vibrant, and unforgettable experience. You will act as the bridge between staff and management, driving the brand’s values of confidence, community, and excitement.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, motivate, and manage a team of front‑line staff.
• Enforce safety protocols and maintain a secure environment.
• Support the planning and execution of activities, events, and special programs.
• Assist with staff scheduling and resolve operational challenges.
• Collaborate closely with senior management to uphold BOUNCE’s standards.

Required profile

• Strong leadership, team‑management and staff‑motivation abilities.
• Excellent organizational, problem‑solving and operational management skills.
• Outstanding customer service and communication capabilities.
• Experience in event management or activity coordination is preferred.
• Commitment to creating a safe, inclusive environment.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, dynamic setting.
• Prior experience in entertainment or leisure industries is a plus.
• Proficiency in spoken and written English; Arabic is an advantage.
