About the role
We are looking for a highly organized Technical Coordinator who will also serve as a Personal Assistant to the Managing Partner. The role combines executive support with project coordination in a fast‑paced consulting environment.
Key responsibilities
- Manage executive scheduling, meetings and daily coordination.
- Prepare meeting minutes, track actions and follow up with stakeholders.
- Maintain document control, versioning and structured filing systems.
- Support reporting cycles, dashboards and data consolidation.
- Conduct quality checks on deliverables before submission.
- Assist in coordination across multiple projects and stakeholders.
- Provide administrative and coordination support to senior leadership.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Project Management, Facilities Management or Business Administration.
- 5–10 years of coordination experience within consulting or multi‑disciplinary projects.
- Strong experience in reporting, documentation and stakeholder follow‑ups.
- Familiarity with the Saudi market (clients, regulations or project delivery).
- Preferred certifications: CAPM, PRINCE2 Foundation, PMP.
- Excellent organizational, communication and multitasking abilities.
- Experience supporting senior executives or partners, especially in public‑sector or giga‑project environments.
