About the role
We are seeking a passionate Technical Instructor to deliver interactive, hands‑on training in modern technical fields. The role focuses on building learners' capabilities through practical sessions and continuous performance tracking.
Key responsibilities
- Design and deliver engaging technical training sessions.
- Break down complex concepts into clear, applicable lessons.
- Assess learner performance and monitor progress.
- Contribute ideas to enhance the overall training experience.
Required profile
- Background in a technical discipline such as Cybersecurity, Artificial Intelligence, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to explain concepts clearly.
- Enthusiasm for teaching and sharing knowledge.
- Prior experience in training or public speaking is a plus, but not mandatory.
