Technical Lead – AI

About the role

We are looking for a Technical Lead to drive the design, development and deployment of advanced generative AI chatbot solutions for enterprise clients in Al Khobar. The role combines deep technical expertise with leadership, guiding a team of GenAI engineers to deliver scalable, high‑quality conversational systems.

Key responsibilities

• Define and oversee the architecture of AI chatbot platforms using Generative AI, Agentic AI, LangGraph and Model Context Protocol frameworks.
• Mentor and develop a team of GenAI engineers, fostering best practices in coding, testing and deployment.
• Collaborate with data scientists, software engineers, UI/UX designers and product managers to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Ensure code quality, system reliability and scalability through rigorous reviews and testing protocols.
• Manage end‑to‑end project delivery, meeting milestones and aligning with client objectives.
• Act as the primary technical liaison for clients, providing updates and technical guidance.
• Identify process improvements and drive innovation within the AI chatbot domain.

Required profile

• Proven experience designing and delivering Generative AI solutions.
• Hands‑on background with Agentic AI systems and multi‑agent orchestration.
• Strong leadership and team‑management abilities.
• Excellent communication skills for both technical and non‑technical audiences.
