Technical Office Engineer

About the role

Rakeez is seeking a Technical Office Engineer to support its construction projects in Riyadh. The role focuses on finishing works, interior decorations, and on‑site execution follow‑up, ensuring that designs are translated into high‑quality built environments.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare, review, and update engineering drawings using architectural software.
• Coordinate finishing and interior decoration activities on site.
• Monitor site execution to guarantee compliance with Saudi building codes and project specifications.
• Collaborate with designers, contractors, and other stakeholders to resolve technical issues.
• Maintain detailed documentation of progress, changes, and quality inspections.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or a related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in finishing works, interior decorations, and site execution.
• Strong knowledge of Saudi Arabian building codes and construction practices.
• Fluent in English and Arabic.

Required skills

• High proficiency with architectural drawing software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit).
• Technical and artistic ability in finishing and interior design.
