About the role

PulseMediaNL is looking for a solutions‑driven Technical Support Specialist to join its remote team. You will provide timely assistance, troubleshoot hardware and software issues, and help ensure a smooth user experience across the company’s platforms and services.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to technical inquiries via email, chat, and phone with professionalism.
• Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and system‑related problems.
• Guide users through step‑by‑step solutions and document interactions in ticketing tools.
• Escalate complex issues to appropriate technical teams when needed.
• Assist with system setup, configuration, onboarding, and software updates.
• Monitor system performance, report recurring issues, and contribute to process improvements.

Required profile

• 1–2 years of experience in technical support, help‑desk, or a similar role.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem‑solving abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
• Detail‑oriented with a proactive, customer‑focused mindset.

Required skills

• Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Familiarity with ticketing systems or support tools.
• Experience using CRM platforms is a plus.
