Technology Performance Consultant

About the role

Elm is seeking a Consultant to support governance, monitoring and continuous improvement of technology performance across the organisation. The role will develop KPI frameworks, integrate enterprise technology data, design executive dashboards and implement automation and AI‑enabled analytics to enhance operational efficiency and data‑driven decision‑making.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, maintain and enhance a Technology KPI Framework aligned with organisational objectives, defining metrics, targets and governance standards.
• Monitor technology performance metrics, analyse trends, identify risks and propose corrective actions.
• Design, build and maintain executive dashboards using Power BI, Tableau or similar tools, ensuring accurate and timely insights for senior leadership.
• Integrate data from enterprise systems, databases, APIs and data‑warehouse platforms, validating accuracy and completeness.
• Conduct benchmarking studies against industry standards and best practices, analysing results and recommending improvements.

Required profile

• Proven experience in technology performance monitoring, KPI development and dashboard creation.
• Strong analytical mindset with ability to translate data into actionable insights.
• Experience working with cross‑functional technology teams and supporting senior management.
