Telesales Representative

About the role

We are seeking an enthusiastic Telesales Representative to join our SME sales team. This entry‑level position is ideal for fresh graduates eager to start a career in technology sales, promoting Cloud, Cybersecurity, AI, IoT and Connectivity solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective SME clients from provided leads to generate interest in technology solutions.
• Handle inbound sales inquiries and convert them into qualified opportunities.
• Understand customer business needs and recommend suitable Cloud, Cybersecurity, AI, IoT or Connectivity solutions.
• Explain product features, pricing and value propositions clearly and persuasively.
• Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets and KPIs.
• Maintain accurate records of calls, leads and opportunities in the CRM system.
• Coordinate with technical/pre‑sales teams for complex customer requirements.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with SME customers to encourage repeat business.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, Engineering or related field (fresh graduates encouraged).
• Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong persuasion, negotiation and active listening abilities.
• Comfortable making high volumes of outbound calls daily.
• Proficiency in MS Office and willingness to learn CRM tools.
• Self‑motivated, target‑driven and resilient under pressure.
• Fluent in English and Arabic.
