About the role
As a Transformation & Governance Officer you will act as a strategic partner to the General Manager, driving enterprise‑wide governance and business transformation initiatives. You will lead projects that build structured governance frameworks, optimise end‑to‑end processes and improve performance visibility, directly supporting Siemens Energy’s growth objectives in the grid technology sector.
Key responsibilities
- Partner with the General Manager to set organisational priorities and enforce execution discipline.
- Design, implement and lead governance frameworks that ensure coordination and accountability across functions.
- Facilitate cross‑functional decision‑making and resolve operational bottlenecks.
- Oversee the company’s contract governance framework, providing commercial oversight and risk management.
- Design and optimise end‑to‑end business processes for scalability and consistency.
- Monitor performance against strategic objectives and drive data‑based accountability discussions.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance or a related field; MBA or CPA preferred.
- 10+ years of leadership experience in enterprise operations, business transformation or governance.
- Proven experience in complex, matrixed environments and cross‑functional leadership.
- Strong background in contract governance, commercial management and enterprise risk frameworks.
- Experience establishing KPI frameworks and executive reporting structures.
- Excellent stakeholder management and executive communication skills.
