Travel Consultant (Corporate Travel)

About the role

We are seeking a Travel Consultant to join our growing team in Riyadh, providing exceptional corporate travel services using our SaaS platform.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients.
• Understand client preferences, policies, and requirements to provide personalized service.
• Serve as the main point of contact for client inquiries and issue resolution.
• Use the Tumodo platform and other tools to research, plan, and book domestic and international travel (flights, accommodations, car rentals, trains, etc.).
• Suggest alternate routes, lowest fares, booking classes, exchange rates, and travel services.
• Handle complex multi‑leg itineraries and prepare detailed trip plans using preferred vendors.
• Ensure compliance with clients’ travel policies and negotiate with vendors for the best deals.
• Manage ticket issuance, itinerary changes, cancellations, and rebooking.
• Coordinate with airlines, hotels, and other providers to resolve travel disruptions promptly.
• Provide support to clients during emergencies or unforeseen circumstances.

Required profile

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience as a corporate travel consultant or in a similar role.
• Proficiency in GDS systems such as Sabre, Amadeus, or Galileo (Sabre preferred).
• Excellent communication skills in English and Arabic (verbal and written).
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in travel planning and documentation.
• Ability to stay updated on industry trends, travel regulations, and new technologies.
