About the role
Florose, an e‑commerce company, is looking for a Warehouse & Inventory Officer to independently run the daily operations of its Dammam branch warehouse. The role ensures accurate inventory, safe handling of high‑value items, and efficient order fulfillment.
Key responsibilities
- Receive, inspect, and record incoming products, verifying quantities against documentation.
- Maintain inventory accuracy by updating all stock movements in the inventory management system.
- Process e‑commerce orders – picking, inspecting, packing, and preparing shipments.
- Hand over shipments to carriers, verify details, and document handovers.
- Conduct periodic stock counts, reconcile physical inventory with system records, and report discrepancies.
- Prepare regular reports on inventory movements, orders, and shipments for central management.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration or related field.
- Minimum 2 years of practical warehousing and inventory experience, preferably in e‑commerce.
- Ability to work independently without continuous supervision.
- Strong organizational, time‑management and problem‑solving abilities.
- High level of integrity, accuracy and accountability.
Required skills
- Basic knowledge of inventory management systems.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
