Vice President, Finance & Controller

About the role

The Vice President, Finance & Controller will provide end‑to‑end financial leadership for USRC, overseeing accounting, revenue cycle management and supply‑chain finance within a regulated dialysis environment. Reporting to executive leadership, the role ensures compliance, financial governance and margin improvement across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with executive leadership to define financial strategy, planning and performance management.
• Ensure compliance with Saudi Arabian financial regulations, including ZATCA, VAT, e‑invoicing, MOH/SAMA reporting and applicable accounting standards.
• Manage joint‑venture financial governance, partner reporting and approval protocols.
• Oversee contractual financial obligations, especially those related to NUPCO, covering pricing, billing, collections and commercial risk.
• Lead high‑performing teams in accounting, revenue cycle management and supply‑chain finance, providing tools and systems for operational excellence.
• Deliver financial insights, variance analysis and risk assessments to support executive decision‑making.
• Supervise accounting operations, financial close, statement preparation and internal controls.
• Direct revenue cycle activities, including billing, collections, denial management and revenue integrity.

Required profile

• Extensive senior finance leadership experience in a regulated healthcare setting.
• Deep knowledge of Saudi Arabian financial and tax regulations.
• Proven ability to manage joint‑venture financial structures and large‑scale contracts.
• Strong track record of driving margin improvement and financial visibility.
• Excellent stakeholder management across legal, compliance, operations and government relations.
