Vice President of Infrastructure – Global South

About the role

KBR is seeking a visionary Vice President of Infrastructure to lead and expand our civil and nuclear infrastructure portfolio across the Global South. The role involves extensive travel and close collaboration with governments, multilateral agencies, and private investors to deliver sustainable, high‑impact projects.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute region‑specific infrastructure strategies for the Middle East, Africa, and Asia‑Pacific.
• Identify, secure, and manage high‑value opportunities in civil and nuclear sectors, including transportation, energy, and water systems.
• Lead large‑scale civil infrastructure programs, ensuring compliance with local regulations and international standards.
• Drive planning, execution, and governance of civil nuclear projects, from power generation facilities to fuel cycle infrastructure.
• Establish strategic alliances with governments, multilateral agencies, and private investors.
• Provide thought leadership on regional trends, regulatory environments, and socio‑economic drivers.

Required profile

• Minimum 20 years of experience (≈240 months) in infrastructure development, project controls, and risk management.
• Proven executive leadership in both civil and nuclear infrastructure domains.
• Strong track record of delivering complex, multi‑disciplinary programs in emerging markets.
• Excellent understanding of regulatory compliance, safety management, and cybersecurity considerations.
