Waiter/Waitress – Luxury Resort (Saudi Nationals Only)

About the role

We are seeking a Saudi national to join our luxury resort’s dining team as a Waiter/Waitress, delivering refined and memorable service to guests at FAENA The Red Sea.

Key responsibilities

• Provide attentive, professional table service, greeting guests, presenting menus and explaining dishes and beverages.
• Accurately take orders, communicate them to kitchen and bar, and serve food and drinks promptly following presentation standards.
• Maintain clean and properly set tables throughout service and anticipate guest needs.
• Handle POS order entry and billing, support upselling of menu items and promotions.
• Coordinate with kitchen, bar and F&B supervisory teams to ensure smooth service flow.
• Uphold grooming, uniform and appearance standards and report any guest complaints or operational issues.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality or F&B training is an advantage.
• 1–3 years experience in restaurant, hotel or luxury dining service preferred.
• Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
• Basic knowledge of food and beverage service standards and etiquette.

Required skills

• Familiarity with POS systems for order entry and billing.
• Strong customer service orientation and ability to work in a fast‑paced, high‑pressure environment.
