Webmaster & Marketing Automation Specialist

About the role

The Webmaster & Marketing Automation Specialist will manage and update the company’s website and digital platforms, create and maintain automated communication journeys, and ensure seamless integration with CRM systems to support the marketing of real‑estate projects and assets.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain website and digital platform content, coordinating with relevant departments for real‑estate project pages.
• Create and test landing pages, interest registration forms, and inquiry forms across devices.
• Configure automated email and channel journeys aligned with customer segments and campaigns.
• Integrate forms with the CRM system, ensuring inquiries are correctly recorded and routed.
• Monitor site performance, links, forms, and loading speeds, working with technical teams to resolve issues.
• Apply SEO best practices when publishing new content.
• Set up traffic and conversion tracking tools, build performance dashboards, and analyse results.
• Recommend improvements to boost registration rates and lead quality.
• Validate accuracy of published real‑estate information and obtain necessary approvals.
• Collaborate with marketing, sales, IT, and external service providers to meet integration and delivery timelines.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Digital Marketing, Information Technology, Information Systems or a related field.
• 3–5 years of hands‑on experience managing websites or digital platforms and using marketing‑automation tools, preferably in the real‑estate sector.
