ABA Therapist - Classroom Settings

About the role
ABC Center is looking for a compassionate and dedicated ABA Therapist to work with children and individuals with developmental and behavioral challenges, providing evidence-based therapy in line with ABA principles. The position is on-site in school settings.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct 1:1 therapy sessions implementing ABA strategies
- Develop, monitor and adjust individualized treatment plans with the supervising BCBA
- Record and analyze data to track progress and inform treatment
- Foster positive behavioral change and skill acquisition
- Communicate with parents, caregivers and team members
- Maintain a safe and supportive therapeutic environment
- Be flexible in working hours according to client needs
Required profile
- Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Special Education or a related field
- Certification as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) or willingness to obtain it
- Previous experience with children with autism or developmental delays is an advantage
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
