AC Technician – HVAC Installation & Maintenance

About the role

We are looking for a skilled AC Technician to install, maintain, troubleshoot and repair air‑conditioning and refrigeration systems. The role ensures HVAC equipment operates safely, efficiently and reliably while responding promptly to maintenance and repair requests.

Key responsibilities

• Install, inspect, maintain and repair a variety of air‑conditioning and HVAC systems, including split units, package units, AHUs, FCUs and chillers.
• Diagnose electrical, mechanical and refrigeration faults; perform preventive and corrective maintenance.
• Check refrigerant levels, locate leaks and carry out refrigerant charging as needed.
• Inspect and service compressors, condensers, evaporators, fans, motors, thermostats, controls and related components.
• Conduct electrical troubleshooting on wiring, capacitors, contactors, relays and control panels.
• Respond to breakdowns, complete repairs within required timeframes and maintain accurate maintenance records.

Required profile

• Diploma, technical certificate or vocational training in HVAC, Refrigeration & Air Conditioning or a related field.
• 2–5 years of hands‑on experience with residential, commercial or industrial HVAC systems.
• Ability to read basic electrical diagrams and technical manuals, and to work safely with refrigerants.
