Access & Accreditations Management – Operational

About the role

The Access & Accreditations Management Coordinator supports accreditation operations across tournament venues, handling applications, data management, card production and distribution to ensure correct access permissions.

Key responsibilities

• Process and verify accreditation applications and related documentation.
• Maintain accurate accreditation records and databases.
• Assist with accreditation card production, printing, quality checks and distribution.
• Ensure access permissions are assigned correctly based on approved levels.
• Respond to accreditation enquiries from staff, volunteers, contractors and stakeholders.
• Support accreditation centre operations during tournament activities and coordinate with venue teams to resolve issues.
• Prepare reports and track accreditation requests, approvals and status updates.

Required profile

• Fluency in Arabic and English preferred.
• Valid Saudi work eligibility or transferable residency status.
• 2-4 years experience in access control, accreditation or operational security roles.
• Prior exposure to large‑scale events, corporate or governmental accreditation processes is advantageous.

Required skills

• Strong knowledge of access control and accreditation systems/processes.
• Proficiency in MS Office and database/record‑keeping tools.
• Familiarity with security compliance and regulatory standards.
