Accessories Manager – BYD & Denza (Saudi Arabia)

About the role

The Accessories Manager will create and scale the accessories and service‑product business for BYD and Denza across Saudi Arabia, owning the full P&L and driving aftersales profitability for the new‑energy vehicle launch.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute a multi‑year accessories and service‑product strategy for BYD and Denza in Saudi Arabia.
• Build the accessories operating model from scratch, including governance, pricing architecture, channel strategy and performance management.
• Own the full P&L for the accessories category, delivering sales, revenue, attachment‑rate and gross‑margin targets.
• Develop a competitive portfolio of genuine OEM and locally sourced accessories and launch service‑product programmes such as extended warranties and EV‑specific care packages.
• Identify, negotiate and manage relationships with local, regional and international suppliers, establishing KPIs for quality, cost and delivery.
• Collaborate with sales, marketing, brand, supply‑chain and network development teams to embed accessories into the customer journey.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Automotive Management or related field; MBA or postgraduate qualification is a plus.
• 9–15 years of progressive experience in automotive accessories, service‑product development or aftersales commercial management within an OEM, distributor or large dealership group.
• Proven track record of owning an accessories P&L and delivering revenue, margin and attachment‑rate targets.
• Experience building accessory portfolios from concept to launch and managing a vendor ecosystem across KSA, GCC and international markets.
• Strong understanding of Saudi and Gulf customer preferences for vehicle accessories and personalization.
