About the role
A company in Riyadh is seeking an organized Accommodation & Transportation Supervisor to manage employee housing and transport operations, ensuring safe, efficient, and high‑quality services.
Key responsibilities
- Supervise employee accommodation facilities, ensuring cleanliness, safety and proper maintenance.
- Manage room allocations, maintain accurate housing records and address employee concerns.
- Coordinate transportation schedules, routes and vehicle assignments, monitoring vehicle maintenance.
- Work closely with HR, Administration, Operations and external service providers.
- Supervise drivers, support staff and accommodation service teams, preparing reports using Microsoft Excel.
Required profile
- Previous experience in employee accommodation and transportation supervision.
- Strong organizational, planning and time‑management abilities.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and problem‑solving skills.
- Attention to detail, accountability and commitment to service standards.
Required skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
