Account Director – Remote (Saudi Arabia)

About the role

This remote position is for an Account Director based in Saudi Arabia, leading a portfolio of strategically important enterprise customers within a global creative services environment. You will own the customer relationship from initial scoping through delivery, renewal and expansion, combining strategic account leadership with commercial growth.

Key responsibilities

• Own end‑to‑end relationship for 5–10 enterprise customers, driving retention and expansion.
• Develop and execute strategic account plans identifying upgrade and growth opportunities.
• Lead renewal processes and commercial negotiations in partnership with leadership.
• Translate customer objectives into scalable creative programs and coordinate delivery with project managers and producers.
• Serve as senior escalation point for complex issues, ensuring quick resolution and maintaining trust.

Required profile

• 5–10+ years of account management or client services experience in creative, marketing or digital environments.
• 3–5+ years in an account leadership role such as Senior Account Manager or Account Director.
• Proven track record managing and growing enterprise or high‑value global accounts.
• Strong commercial acumen with experience meeting revenue, retention and growth targets.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management and negotiation skills.
