Account Growth Sales Specialist – Arabic Market

About the role

We are looking for an ambitious Account Manager (Sales Specialist) to manage and grow a portfolio of Fresha partners across the Arabic‑speaking market. Reporting to the Account Manager Team Lead, you will build strong relationships, understand partner businesses and drive adoption and monetisation of the Fresha platform.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of existing Fresha partners, taking ownership of monetisation, retention and revenue growth.
• Analyse account performance to identify upselling opportunities and increase product adoption.
• Build long‑term relationships through proactive communication, regular video meetings and deep business understanding.
• Maintain a consistent contact strategy to keep partners engaged and reduce churn.
• Achieve commercial targets while accurately recording activity, opportunities and next steps in the CRM.
• Educate partners on platform value, share insights and ensure they maximise the available products and services.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a revenue‑generating Account Management role, preferably with prior SDR or sales experience.
• Proven track record of managing a large account base, driving revenue growth, upselling and retaining existing customers.
• Experience working in SaaS or technology environments, ideally selling to or managing SMB customers.
• Fluent in Arabic and English with excellent communication, listening and relationship‑building skills.
• Commercially motivated, target‑driven and proactive, able to work autonomously and take ownership of a portfolio.
• Highly organised with strong time‑management skills, comfortable handling multiple accounts in a fast‑paced, changing environment.
