Account Management – Senior to Director – Riyadh

About the role

Four is hiring across several client‑services levels in Riyadh, from Senior Account Executive up to Account Director. The roles involve managing creative, communications and social campaigns for a portfolio of clients.

Key responsibilities

• Build strong client relationships and respond promptly, accurately and professionally.
• Run day‑to‑day workflow: keep projects on track, manage priorities and ensure deadlines and quality standards are met.
• Plan and communicate effectively by contributing to meeting agendas, status updates, reporting and client communications.
• Collaborate across creative, media and communications teams to deliver integrated work.
• Identify and solve problems early using initiative and sound judgement.

Required profile

• Excellent written and verbal communication with the ability to express ideas clearly.
• Arabic language capability is an advantage.
• Strong organisational skills, attention to detail and ability to juggle a busy workload.
• Curiosity about AI and experience using AI platforms for research.
• Commercial awareness and a practical approach to delivering great work.
• Proactive attitude: identify issues, propose solutions and keep momentum.
• Confidence working in multidisciplinary teams and building relationships.
• Solid IT proficiency, including Microsoft Office.
