Account Manager & Career Coach

About the role

We are seeking a passionate Client Manager who will empower women in the media industry. The role combines career coaching, employer outreach, and subject‑matter expertise to help women secure media jobs across Saudi Arabia.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with career coaches and technologists to design innovative employability strategies for women in media.
• Provide personalized coaching sessions, including resume building, interview preparation, and professional development.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with media employers to secure job placements for candidates.
• Deliver webinars and coaching sessions as the resident expert in client and account management.
• Conduct mock interviews, give feedback, and manage a network of industry contacts to identify opportunities.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Minimum of 4 years experience in client or account management.
• Demonstrated passion for career coaching and experience working with diverse groups.
• Fluent in Arabic and English.
• Must be a Saudi Arabian woman, as required by the project.
