Account Manager – Direct Sales (Construction)

About the role

Hilti is seeking an Account Manager to drive sales of its premium construction products across a defined territory. The role focuses on building long‑term, sustainable relationships with customers through strategic account development and high‑level technical consultation.

Key responsibilities

• Create value in the allocated account portfolio by designing and implementing individual account strategies.
• Conduct professional field sales and provide high‑level customer consultation within the target industry.
• Deliver efficient solutions and technical support, representing the Hilti brand in the marketplace.
• Develop strategic account plans, partner with customers to understand business needs, and optimise their product basket.
• Manage territory autonomously, using a Hilti van as a mobile office and prioritising time effectively.

Required profile

• Experience in outside sales, preferably with direct customer interaction.
• Construction industry experience is a plus; technical qualification preferred.
• Ability to thrive both independently and within a team.
• Proven capability to develop engaged customer relationships and implement strategic concepts.
• Excellent time and territory management skills.
• Proficient computer skills, including MS Office Suite and smartphone usage.
