Account Manager – Employer Relations

About the role

We are seeking a proactive Account Manager to build and nurture relationships with employers in Riyadh. The role focuses on qualifying, onboarding and activating employer partners while supporting broader business development initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with employers and key stakeholders.
• Identify and pursue new employer opportunities to support business growth.
• Communicate with employers to understand their needs and requirements.
• Manage the employer qualification and onboarding process.
• Follow up to ensure successful activation and ongoing engagement.
• Coordinate with internal teams to address employer requirements.
• Monitor employer activities, keep accurate records and track KPIs.
• Prepare regular reports on employer relationships and development activities.
• Identify opportunities to strengthen partnerships and expand the employer network.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Human Resources or related field.
• 4+ years experience in Business Development, Employer Relations, Account Management, Recruitment or Talent Acquisition.
• Strong communication and relationship‑management abilities.
• Proven experience dealing with corporate clients or key stakeholders.
• Excellent negotiation, networking and presentation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and follow‑up effectively.
• Good knowledge of the Saudi employment and business market (preferred).
• Fluent in Arabic and English.
