Account Manager – Enterprise & Cybersecurity Solutions

About the role

The Account Manager will drive promotion and sales of MBCOM Technologies’ solutions across Eastern Saudi Arabia. Working closely with partners and clients, you will develop strategies to increase revenue and market presence in the cybersecurity and enterprise solutions space.

Key responsibilities

• Define and implement product/service strategy and roadmap in alignment with management.
• Lead partner relations and develop new channel opportunities.
• Build and maintain a robust channel/customer database, analysing data for loyalty and growth.
• Conduct market research and on‑site visits to identify requirements for current and future offerings.
• Manage the full sales cycle from quotation through collection.
• Generate long‑term revenue and profitability for the assigned product line.
• Produce accurate sales forecasts and market development reports.
• Oversee targeted marketing programs, monitor progress and provide recommendations.
• Promote the company’s services throughout the region.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales or a related field.
• 5–7 years of experience managing and growing strategic accounts in Eastern Saudi Arabia.
• Based in Khobbar/Dammam (Eastern Saudi Arabia); Arabic speakers preferred.
• Proven experience in enterprise solution sales, preferably cybersecurity.
