Account Manager – Facility Management & Cleaning Solutions

About the role

We are looking for an Account Manager to grow BCS’s business in the facility management, cleaning, food service, restaurant and building maintenance sectors. The role focuses on expanding market penetration in Makkah, building long‑term customer relationships and driving sales of BCS solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Survey market potential in Makkah and identify potential clients within facility management, cleaning contractors and building operations.
• Develop objectives, strategies and action plans to achieve short‑ and long‑term sales growth and profitability.
• Manage major accounts, negotiate commercial agreements and achieve assigned sales targets through new business development, cross‑selling and range selling.
• Conduct technical presentations and product demonstrations, and support customers with training and coaching.
• Collaborate with Marketing to identify sales opportunities and support customer acquisition.
• Lead customer improvement projects to enhance operational efficiency and value delivery.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, chemistry, business or a related field.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and spoken.
• Strong presentation ability to explain technical concepts to diverse audiences.
• Solid business acumen with analytical and problem‑solving capabilities.
• Proven relationship management and negotiation experience.
• Fluent in English.
