Account Manager – Facility Management & Food Service Solutions

About the role

We are seeking an Account Manager to drive growth of our Building Cleaning Services (BCS) and Food Service & Restaurant (FSR) solutions across the facility management sector in Madinah. The role focuses on expanding market share, building strong client relationships, and delivering technical and commercial value to key customers.

Key responsibilities

• Survey market potential in Madinah and identify prospective clients in facility management, cleaning, food service, restaurant and building operations.
• Develop and execute short‑ and long‑term sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
• Manage major accounts, negotiate commercial agreements, and cross‑sell BCS and FSR solutions.
• Conduct technical presentations and product demonstrations tailored to customer needs.
• Provide training and coaching to end‑users to maximise product application.
• Collaborate with Marketing to generate sales opportunities and support customer acquisition.
• Lead improvement projects that enhance operational efficiency for clients.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Chemistry, Business or a related field.
• Experience in BCS and/or FSR solutions is preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal, written and spoken English communication skills.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and negotiation abilities.
• Proven relationship‑management experience with key decision‑makers.
