Account Manager - IT/ICT Solutions

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Account Manager with strong experience in the Saudi market and a proven track record in sales, account management, and business development.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and develop existing customer accounts.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities.
• Build strong relationships with decision‑makers and key stakeholders.
• Follow up on projects and tenders from opportunity identification through closing.
• Coordinate with presales, technical, and project teams.
• Manage negotiations and follow up on opportunities until successful closure.
• Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of proven sales/account management experience in Saudi Arabia.
• Experience dealing with government, semi‑government, private companies, contractors, developers, consultants, and project owners.
• Strong experience in IT / ICT, ELV, Low Current, Networking, Infrastructure, Security & Cybersecurity.
• Proven track record in achieving sales targets and developing new business.
• Experience managing customer relationships and developing new accounts.
• Experience following up on projects, RFQs, RFPs, and tenders.
• Strong communication, negotiation, presentation, and relationship‑building skills.
• Good understanding of the Saudi market and procurement processes.
• Ability to generate leads, identify opportunities, and convert them into business.
• Saudi nationals or candidates with transferable Iqama are preferred.
• Valid Saudi driving license is preferred.
