Account Manager

About the role

Zoho is seeking an Account Manager to manage a portfolio of B2B customer accounts in Jeddah. You will be responsible for ensuring customer success throughout the post‑sales lifecycle, driving product adoption, and building long‑term relationships with key stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Manage B2B customer accounts, overseeing renewals, retention, and growth.
• Conduct health checks, Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs), and executive business reviews.
• Identify upsell and cross‑sell opportunities aligned with customer needs.
• Collaborate with Sales, Presales, Support, Consulting, Product, Finance, and Legal teams.
• Monitor customer health via product usage, engagement, and support trends.
• Maintain accurate CRM records, account plans, forecasts, and risk logs.

Required profile

• 2–3 years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, SaaS, or related fields.
• Proven track record managing B2B accounts, renewals, and growth initiatives.
• Fluency in English and Arabic.
• Experience in the GCC/KSA market is a plus.

Required skills

• Hands‑on experience with CRM platforms such as Salesforce, Zoho CRM, HubSpot, or Microsoft Dynamics.
