Account Manager

About the role

Hungerstation, part of the Delivery Hero Group, is looking for an Account Manager to oversee a portfolio of clients, build strong relationships and drive client satisfaction and engagement.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the primary point of contact for all customer account matters.
• Build and maintain long‑lasting client relationships, ensuring high levels of trust and satisfaction.
• Promote the company’s offerings to achieve mutual satisfaction and strengthen client trust.
• Ensure timely delivery of solutions that align with customer needs and objectives.
• Communicate progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders.
• Develop new business with existing clients and identify improvement areas to meet sales quotas.
• Forecast and track key account metrics, prepare reports on account status, and collaborate with the sales team to grow opportunities.
• Assist with challenging client requests or issue escalations as needed.
• Follow relevant policies, procedures and contribute to continuous improvement of processes.

Required profile

• 1‑2 years of relevant experience in account management or sales.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office.
