Account Manager

About the role

The Account Manager for Saudi Arabia will drive new client acquisition and expand existing relationships across the assigned territory. Working closely with technical, channel partner and marketing teams, you will act as a trusted advisor, promoting TrendAI’s AI‑security portfolio to senior CIO/CISO stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and proactively target prospects and existing clients to increase adoption of Trend Micro technologies and services.
• Develop market strategies for each product, collaborate with pre‑sales, marketing and channel heads, and present value propositions to CEOs and technical teams.
• Achieve quarterly revenue targets and contribute to regional sales performance.
• Maintain accurate account information in Salesforce for forecasting and planning.
• Build and nurture relationships with ecosystem partners such as AWS, Microsoft, VMware and Google.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of sales experience, preferably in the cybersecurity industry.
• Proven account management experience in a commercial environment with a growth‑oriented mindset.
• Experience selling to senior executives (CIO, CISO) and managing complex, multi‑customer scenarios.
• Relevant certifications such as SPIN, TAS, or security‑related sales certifications are highly regarded.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Salesforce for opportunity management.
• Knowledge of security frameworks and technologies: Zero Trust, SASE, UEBA, XDR, SIEM, SOAR.
• Familiarity with major cloud and technology partners: AWS, Microsoft Azure, VMware, Google Cloud.
