About the Role
Join a global leader in financial markets infrastructure as an Account Manager within our regional team in Riyadh. You will play a pivotal role in driving growth by managing mid-market client relationships and executing strategic sales and renewal processes in a fast-paced environment.
Main Responsibilities
- Manage client relationships and commercial activities for a portfolio of transactional accounts.
- Master the sales cycle and specific account nuances to drive business growth.
- Maintain a clean and accurate sales pipeline (renewals and new sales) within Salesforce.
- Collaborate closely with client operations to ensure seamless deal execution and administrative follow-up.
- Achieve high client satisfaction and loyalty scores through proactive engagement.
- Lead client onboarding processes and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
- Develop territory plans and maintain deep industry and persona-based knowledge.
Candidate Profile
- Proven experience in Account Management, Sales, or client-facing Marketing, preferably within the financial sector.
- Strong understanding of diverse client business models and market dynamics.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and execute effective sales plans.
- University degree is required.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, capable of engaging stakeholders at all levels.
