Account Manager – Middle East (Beauty & Home)

About the role

Lubrizol is seeking an experienced Account Manager to drive growth of its beauty and home business across the Middle East. You will be responsible for expanding relationships with key accounts and distributors, delivering sales targets, and shaping the market strategy for the region.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve budgeted sales growth for the Middle East beauty and home segment.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities and build a robust pipeline.
• Manage and support distributor teams to meet growth targets.
• Grow Lubrizol’s business with key accounts, protect core revenue, and explore innovative solutions.
• Develop and execute key‑account plans, aligning with customer strategies and Lubrizol’s objectives.
• Collaborate with R&D, commercial, marketing, technical and supply‑chain teams to drive volume and value growth.
• Accurately forecast demand and support inventory management for timely deliveries.
• Utilise sales management tools, including CRM, pricing analysis and market research.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in chemical, cosmetics or a related science (B.E./B.Tech. preferred).
• Minimum 8 years of sales experience in the Personal & Home Care industry within the Middle East.
• Strong knowledge of the market in UAE, Saudi Arabia, Egypt, Jordan and surrounding countries.
• Willingness to travel up to 70 % of the time.
• Strategic thinking, strong business acumen and proven negotiation and presentation skills.
• Track record of launching new products, solutions or technologies.
• Fluency in Arabic or other regional languages is a plus.
