Account Manager (Sales Executive) – Abha

About the role

Qatar Airways is seeking an Account Manager (Sales Executive) based in Abha, Saudi Arabia. The role focuses on delivering revenue targets for a portfolio of corporate and travel‑trade accounts, negotiating commercial agreements and driving joint sales and marketing initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Implement QR sales strategy to maximise short‑ and long‑term revenue opportunities and reduce cost of sale.
• Analyse sales data, identify tactical opportunities and submit monthly sales call plans and weekly reports.
• Negotiate pricing and commercial agreements, introduce PLB’s where appropriate, and manage individual account budgets.
• Generate market intelligence on strengths, weaknesses, threats and opportunities, and recommend corrective actions.
• Promote QR products through timetables, giveaways, marketing materials and media coverage in coordination with the Marketing Department.
• Maintain and develop relationships with travel trade, government, embassies and commercial houses, representing the airline at trade exhibitions and events.

Required profile

• Proven experience in B2B sales or account management, preferably within the aviation or travel sector.
• Strong negotiation and commercial agreement skills.
• Ability to analyse sales data and produce actionable insights.
• Excellent communication and relationship‑building abilities with corporate and trade partners.
