Account Manager – Sales (Riyadh)

About the role

The Account Manager – Sales will be responsible for managing and growing key accounts in Riyadh. You will maintain strong client relationships, identify upselling and cross‑selling opportunities across hardware, software and solutions, and coordinate with internal teams to ensure high customer satisfaction and business growth.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement account plans for major accounts to drive revenue growth and long‑term retention.
• Identify and pursue upselling and cross‑selling opportunities across hardware, software and solution offerings such as archiving and content management.
• Monitor account performance and proactively plan strategies to expand business and strengthen client partnerships.
• Oversee day‑to‑day management of key accounts, ensuring smooth service delivery, accurate billing and timely issue resolution by coordinating with Finance, Service and GDO teams.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with major account stakeholders, acting as the primary point of contact and facilitating collaboration across internal departments.
• Drive new business within existing accounts and support high client retention through proactive customer experience management.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, management, marketing or a related field (preferred).
• 3–4 years of proven sales experience, preferably in hardware/software solutions.
• Demonstrated ability to manage client relationships and achieve sales targets.
