Account Manager – Social

About the role

As an Account Manager for the Social team at GEN PLUS Group, you will design, execute and monitor social media strategies that boost brand awareness, drive engagement and support clients' marketing objectives. You will act as the primary liaison between clients and our creative teams, ensuring that every social touchpoint reflects the brand’s voice and goals.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies for assigned clients.
• Manage and grow client accounts on Twitter, Facebook, Instagram and LinkedIn.
• Create high‑quality content including blog posts, photos, videos and graphics.
• Respond promptly to customer inquiries and comments to foster community engagement.
• Collaborate with clients to align social tactics with overall marketing objectives.
• Analyze performance data, produce reports and recommend optimisations.
• Stay current on platform updates, trends and best practices, sharing insights with clients.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications or a related field.
• Minimum 7 years of experience in social media or community management.
• Proficiency in using analytical tools to measure and report social performance.
• Ability to work independently and juggle multiple projects.
