About the role
FedEx is looking for an Account Sales Executive to manage and grow customer accounts within Saudi Arabia. The role focuses on acquiring new business, retaining existing clients, and delivering tailored logistics solutions that meet customer needs.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales plans for the assigned territory.
- Conduct sales calls, presentations, and customer meetings.
- Create and present customer proposals, pricing, and account activation plans.
- Provide post‑sales support and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Monitor competition, market trends, and identify growth opportunities.
- Collaborate with supply‑chain and operations teams to deliver seamless service.
- Achieve sales targets and key performance indicators.
Required profile
- Saudi national with proven experience in specialty or field sales.
- Strong communication, negotiation, influencing and networking abilities.
- Demonstrated success in customer acquisition and retention.
- Results‑driven mindset with a focus on meeting sales objectives.
