Account Technology Strategist – Manufacturing

About the role

As an Account Technology Strategist focused on manufacturing, you will act as a trusted advisor to customers, combining business priorities, industry insights, and Microsoft technology to shape and execute digital transformation strategies. You will work with senior decision‑makers to build mid‑ to long‑term technology roadmaps and drive business outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Build trusted relationships with senior business and technical decision‑makers, serving as a strategic technology advisor.
• Develop technology roadmaps that align Microsoft solutions with customer priorities and transformation goals.
• Identify and develop new opportunities across cloud, AI, security, and other strategic technologies.
• Provide industry and competitive insights to help customers address challenges and achieve outcomes.
• Orchestrate Microsoft teams and partners to deliver solutions and drive adoption.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business or related field.
• 6+ years of technical consulting, consultative selling, or business consulting experience.
• Experience in digital transformation and using technology to drive customer business outcomes.
