Accountant – Construction & Real Estate

About the role

Badhrah Investment Company, a fast‑growing Saudi startup in construction and real‑estate development, is seeking a reliable, detail‑oriented Accountant. You will help build robust financial processes from the ground up and support day‑to‑day operations across multiple projects.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain daily accounting records, including accounts payable and receivable.
• Track project costs, prepare cost reports, and support budget monitoring.
• Perform month‑end and year‑end reconciliations and produce financial statements.
• Ensure compliance with Saudi VAT regulations and electronic invoicing requirements.
• Collaborate closely with management, project teams, contractors, suppliers, and external advisers.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Experience in construction, contracting, project accounting, property development, or real‑estate finance is strongly preferred.
• Solid understanding of accounting principles, cost control, and financial reporting.
• Professional proficiency in Arabic and the ability to communicate effectively in English.

Required skills

• Strong Microsoft Excel skills.
• Experience using an accounting system or ERP platform.
