Accountant – Finance & Accounting Position

About the role

PureLife is seeking an Accountant to manage day‑to‑day accounting activities, support cash and liquidity needs, and ensure accurate financial reporting for its operations in Rabigh, Saudi Arabia.

Key responsibilities

• Review purchase orders, cheque requests and supporting documents for compliance with financial policies.
• Perform daily and monthly bank reconciliations, ensuring zero discrepancies.
• Prepare and record general journal entries for assets, liabilities, revenues and expenses.
• Compile balance‑sheet and profit‑and‑loss data to summarize financial status.
• Post transactions to the General Ledger in the ERP system and clear open line items.
• Support month‑end and year‑end closing activities and reconcile GL accounts.
• Process sales invoices, customer credit applications and monitor accounts‑receivable aging.
• Handle inter‑company transactions, cash transfers and vendor payments within credit terms.
• Manage employee expense claims, petty cash and monthly accruals.
• Reconcile vendor statements and ensure completeness of accounts‑payable records.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of experience in accounting or finance roles.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
• Official registration with the Saudi Organization for Chartered and Professional Accountants (SOCPA).
• Strong analytical abilities and good written and spoken English.

Required skills

• Double‑entry bookkeeping and financial reporting.
• General Ledger posting and reconciliations.
• Proficiency with ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel.
