About the role
The Accountant, General I (Fresh) will join alfanar's finance team in Riyadh, supporting day‑to‑day accounting operations, financial reporting and compliance with internal policies.
Key responsibilities
- Train and lead sub‑ordinates, delegating tasks to ensure fair workload distribution and high morale.
- Perform planned accounting activities to meet operational and development targets within schedule.
- Utilize resources efficiently to achieve objectives while controlling cost and time.
- Prepare periodic reports detailing deviations from planned tasks and execution status.
- Resolve operational problems, escalating complex issues when necessary.
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality and environmental procedures relevant to finance operations.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
- 2 to 5 years of relevant work experience.
