Accountant

About the role

The company is seeking an Accountant to support its finance team by preparing accurate financial reports, handling tax documentation, and ensuring robust budgeting and forecasting processes. The successful candidate will work closely with various departments, providing analytical insights, maintaining strong financial controls, and assisting in audit preparation. This role requires a detail‑oriented professional who can balance day‑to‑day accounting tasks with strategic financial analysis.

Key responsibilities

• Create ad‑hoc financial reports to meet business needs.
• Prepare and file tax documents.
• Compile, analyze, and present financial statements.
• Manage budgeting and forecasting activities.
• Perform bank reconciliations.
• Conduct cyclical internal audits.
• Assist in month‑end and year‑end closing procedures.
• Support cash flow monitoring and management.
• Ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards and regulations.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or a related field.
• Ability to interpret and analyze financial statements and periodicals.
• Strong interpersonal skills and business acumen.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel.
• Experience using Microsoft Outlook, Word, and PowerPoint.
