Accounting & Finance Faculty Position (Lecturer to Full Professor)

About the role

The University of Prince Murgin is seeking qualified faculty members for its Accounting & Finance Department. Positions range from Lecturer to Full Professor, supporting both undergraduate and graduate programmes at the Madinah campus.

Key responsibilities

• Teach and develop undergraduate and graduate courses in accounting and finance.
• Prepare and submit documentation required for program accreditation.
• Supervise senior research projects and undergraduate theses.
• Advise students on academic plans, registration, and progress monitoring.
• Participate in departmental, college, and university committees.
• Collaborate on curriculum planning and development with the department head and colleagues.
• Engage in scholarly research and involve students in research activities.
• Supervise internship students and perform additional tasks assigned by the department chair or dean.

Required profile

• Master's degree in Accounting for Lecturer positions; Ph.D. in Accounting for Assistant, Associate, or Full Professor roles.
• Excellent command of English, both spoken and written.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational abilities.
• Evidence of scholarly publications and research in relevant accounting fields.
